At POSTERSDROP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new wall art. If your order isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your posters and place them back in their original protective cardboard tubes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the tube and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned art for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
